Pradeepa is an IT professional turned entrepreneur. Prior to her entrepreneurial pursuit, she has worked in the IT functions of leading organizations like SMR Group, Enmas Group and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company. She was a techno-functional consultant with more than eight years of rich experience in implementation, support and maintenance of ERP & HRMS solutions for leading players in Engineering, Insurance, Education, Manufacturing domains and Government projects.
She has been involved in client projects belonging to different geographies like India, Malaysia and UAE. Pradeepa has a deep understanding of the HR domain from a functional standpoint.
Pradeepa has been trained by Govt. Of India empanelled institution on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. She is also empanelled as a Resource Person having expertise on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 with the Ministry of Women & Child Development – Govt of India. She is a POSH enabler and an external ICC member for various organizations. She has been trained by Govt. Of India empanelled institution on Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO).
Pradeepa is the recipient of Best Emerging Entrepreneur Award by Wonderpreneurs forum in 2019.
Pradeepa is a post-Graduate in Computer applications from Bharathidasan University and has completed certification programme of TREC STEP (A unit of NIT Trichy).
