Ramanujan is a Human Resource Consultant, Coach and Learning Facilitator. He has offered strategic and operational leadership to the HR functions of a start-up initiative, SME, large family owned legacy organization and a corporate of global repute for more than a decade. He has driven diversified assignments in the verticals of Talent Acquisition & Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Change Management, Organization Capability, Cost Optimization, Workforce Rationalization, Mergers, HR Operations/Shared Services and HR Automation with leading organizations like TVS & Sons and Scope International.

Ram has designed and delivered many high impact learning programmes, counselling and behavioural interventions spanning more than 5000 hours of delivery.

Ram is a post-graduate in Human Resource Management from Bharathidasan University and holds M.S in Counselling & Psychotherapy recognized by International University of Alternative Medicines and Open International University of United Nations, Geneva.
