Ramanujan is a Human Resource Consultant and Coach. He has driven diversified assignments in the verticals of Talent Acquisition & Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Change Management, Organization Capability, Cost Optimization, Workforce Rationalization, Mergers, HR Operations/Shared Services and HR Automation with leading organizations like TVS & Sons and Scope International.

Ram is a post-graduate in Human Resource Management from Bharathidasan University and holds M.S in Counselling & Psychotherapy recognized by International University of Alternative Medicines and Open International University of United Nations, Geneva.

Ram holds multiple accreditations like Certified Rewards Professional from Aon Hewitt Learning Center, Certified Appreciative Coach & Counselor, Certified Psychometric Testing Professional, Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist, Master Behavioural & Emotional Intelligence Coach, all from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA. Pradeepa is a Techno-functional consultant with eight years of rich experience in IT/ITES industries. She has been involved in business analysis, development, implementation, support and maintenance of ERP & HRMS systems for leading players in Engineering, Insurance, Education, Manufacturing sectors and Government Projects in India, Malaysia and UAE.

 

She has deep understanding of the HR domain from a functional standpoint and is a business analyst who can assimilate business information quickly. She has good experience in people, vendor management, service delivery tools and management of IT infrastructure at enterprise level.

Pradeepa is a Post-Graduate in Computer applications from Bharathidasan University and has completed certification programme of TREC STEP (A unit of NIT Trichy).
